Swan Homes is a well established, successful House Builder seeking a part-time Sales and Lettings Advisor.
We are looking for an individual to join our successful sales and lettings team, based in Doncaster, where you will receive full training and support.

- Flexible approach to working hours, to include weekends
- Demonstrate confident communication skills
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence
Your job role…
- Proactively selling New Homes via following up leads and booking viewing appointments
- Track and respond to all leads and enquiries
- Showing potential clients around showhome/properties
- Controlling the sales process and liaising with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
- Negotiating and securing sales and lettings
- Ensuring potential buyers are financially qualified
- Update internal CRM systems
- Assist the group lettings team with other tasks when required

Salary…
£11,000 plus commission package
OTE £15,000
Job Type…
Part-time
21 hours per week to include every Saturday 10am–4pm.
