Plans for new Harrogate development

Swan Homes have acquired a new site in a prime location to add to its increasing portfolio of high-quality developments.

The site is based in the heart of Harrogate’s city centre and is set to become fourteen residential units above the existing retail units, with eight car spaces to the rear.
